In my house I am unable to use internet properly, I can’t even call clearly calls dropped by itself. After several complaints and talking to customer care of vi, they said that we can’t do anything about it, they says that the issus are resolved but nothing is working. I request you to help me as I am unable to use services also the staff are not helping me.
