This incident happened to me on 14 August 2021. I went to the Jio store to port my existing number from VI network to JIO network. Once all the process is completed I got a call from a fraudster; introducing herself she is from JIO customer care and she received the request for port from VI to JIO, to proceed further she told I need to send cancel port to 1900 because I have requested porting twice as a result they can’t process my porting.
I found this is fishy and didn’t entertain her and disconnected the call.
