In last year I have shifted my connection of V I from post paid to prepaid for this it took me 3 months but in this process my no was active in post paid and prepaid they have taken bill from me and also taken recharge amount . After writing Mail to Vi customer support they told me it is technical problem. They promise me that they will pay me the bill which I have paid, but nothing happen now I am not able recharge my no so visited yo store dome how they could recharge 129 in this only outgoing phone is on no incoming no internet got this I am following with them no replay when my connection will start . Only answer they are giving our team is working check what qualified staff they are having. My phone is off since 15 days but not a single person from v I cares
