Hi,
I’m using Vi sim regularly.
On 07 May 2021 01:04pm I received message of company that I been charged for accessing pre embedded games worth 25/- Rupees.
On 10 May 2021 02:08pm I received message of company that I been charged for accessing pre embedded games worth 25/- Rupees.
I never play any fantasy or online gambling games than how I charged for 25 Rupees two times?
I complaint again Vi company for this unnecessary charge.
Why company charged me 25+25 Rupees?
I urge consumer complaints court for this case to inquiry against Vi company to debit 25 Rupees two times from customer’s account
