My Mobile service provider is deducting balance from my account without my consent and the services are not even reflecting in my VI app to deactivate them. I just got two messages like mentioned in the attached screenshot and the amount was deducted automatically. The services mentioned are “Mydelights Power deal” and “Handset Inbuild Games” for Rs. 49 and Rs. 25 respectively. My mobile number is 9765231112. I need the money to be refunded back in my balance.
