I have been trying from a month to change my network provider from Vi to other but whenever I message to request for Unique Porting Code Vi does not give me the code instead Vi sends me back different offers and their customer care calls and tell that they have registered the complaint and tells to wait and not port to other network providers. I have talked to various customer care callers from Vi and they all say the same and nothing is working for me they just tell to wait and nothing has happened till now.. I have also visited Vi service centre in my city but they were also not able to resolve the issue..I an receiving every other messages but not receiving only UPC which clearly shows the ugly strategy of Vi to retain it’s customer though whatever their customer may face. I request the concerned authorities to look into this matter and resolve this asap.
