Dear sir/madam,
I am using my mobile number 9848689801 from 2006 with idea. But with my recent experience with customer care services and new policies I am feeling shy to say why I am still using this operator. I recharged Rs. 100/- previously a few months back and I got main balance(which is usable for calls, SMS, Inter of Rs. 85/-(Approx). Now(as on 03-09-2021) my Main balance is Rs. 13.72 after utilisation of remaining amount for calls, SMS & etc. Whereas, now Vi stopped out going SMS without any intimation and irritating to do one more recharge of Rs. 129/- and above to use outgoing SMS Service even though I am having main balance of Rs. 13.72/-. They blocked that amount and they are saying it is usable for calls and internet purpose only. I sent a mail to appellate.ap@vodafoneidea.com and customercare@vodafoneidea.com to release that amount to utilise the same for SMS purpose on 02-09-2021 and called 199, 198, 9848012345 to solve this issue by releasing that amount to use SMS purpose. But no use. They are saying like policies, blow.. blow and etc., but not released that amount to use SMS purpose. I asked them release Rs. 1 from that Rs. 13.72 for PORT purpose. But they did not help me. Most of the customer care executives(Especially telugu customer care executives) are saying 5 times like customer is doing time pass job and disconnecting calls without giving any solution. Is asking about my amount to utilise as SMS balance is time pass job?
Yesterday at 5.18PM one of the backend executive(His name forgotten) called(9848012345) me and started harassing by sending OTPs from several sites like flipkart, lenskart, apollo & etc sites. He misused my number and worked wrongly. As per TRAI rules operator and it’s staff has not to misuse customer’s numbers. But, here that guy breached it.
Worst Vi and it’s staff.
