VI – network service provider has charged rs244 in the form of various value added services. I never activated any of these services, and when i want to deactivate them in the VI app, the app does not let me. It requires me to validate my mobile number via OTP which is never sent to my number. I am sick and tired of VI charging unethically. If it were an option to port to jio I would have, but unfortunately i am abroad and unable to do so.
