i am using Vodafone prepaid since 3+ years but before 45 days i moved to postpaid from prepaid on same company but after that i am facing to not getting incoming calls from many Vodafone users. the caller listening “this number is not valid”.
for that i did complain to VI customer care and after 10 days they replaced my SIM but then also i am facing same issue and i complain again and again. and than store manager provided meĀ email of network team but till 1 month i am waiting they are not giving reply on my email as well there is no solution of my complain. i already given all the possible proofs but still no result.
and i requested them if you dont have solution than give me access to port my number but even they said its 90days cycle we can not port out.
i paid my bill on time but not getting proper service from VI. and due to this incident i have loss of to much money in business because of caller not able to call me.
i am filing complain againts VI to resolve my query else give me access to port my number and if not possible than give me the compensation.

I am facing same exact issue with my Vi postpaid number. Has your issue been resolved? If so, how?
