Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Outstanding
The issue that I have experienced was: I had ported my number from VI to other service provider and
I had cleared all the outstanding with VI (last bill generated on 4th August) & Payment made on 7th
August through Bill desk.
But VI team is continuously calling me, sending messages & mails to clear the outstanding. I am
telling them very clearly and shared the payment details with them
but they are simply saying that payment not received & they will go for legal actions, if the payment is
not made
Why should i make payment again?
It occurred on: 11/08/2021
They have to resolve the issues with internal team before reaching out to me
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my
case, so please reply back via this email account.
