Hello,
I have a VI (Vodafone-Idea) postpaid number, and due to poor network, constant call drops, and poor internet, I had decided to port out to another network provider. After the port out request, I have received over 20 calls from the VI executives in the last 2 days, where I have been asked to answer the same questions over and over again. I have asked them to stop harassing me with their constant calls but they just don’t stop calling. I have made it very clear in my words that the decision to port out is final, but VI executives fail to respect that, even after constant requests.
I don’t understand how any customer would like to stay with a service such as VI, when all they want to do is harass their customers rather than focusing on a good service.
