I am Paresh Narvekar. I am a Vodafone user with a corporate postpaid sim since ages. Now I want to change it to prepaid without changing my number hence i had visited to Vasai customer care center which is located in Periyar CHS, Vasai west . They have refused to entertain my request saying sim card belongs to Mumbai Circle and adviced to visit Mumbai center. Today I had visited customer care center located at Lalbaug opposite to Bharatmata Cinema. The vodafone service gallery person ABRAR had treated me very badly. Have never seen such a lathargic approach in my life earlier. At 5 pm he was hurry in closing galary and asked me to visit on Monday. After knowing that i came from vasai also he refused to help. In todays tough competition also seems he was least bothered to retain loyal customers.
M very disappointing with VI customer care service.
