Text of Complaint by Nikhil Bhojwani:

I wanted to port out of Vi and to jio because Vi does not have 5G. I got a call from Vi customer service and they directly started that if i want the same no i need to send a message to 1900 staring – Cancel “my no”. I caught this fraud and yelled at them after which they hung up the phone. All customers porting out of Vi should be careful of this scam and harassment in order to retain customers. They r providing incorrect information and trying to confuse the customers in order to retain them and cancel the port out process.
