Dear Sir,
I paramanananda Nath from Jamuguri, Nagaon, pin code- 782142 Assam and my mobile no is 8403824970 is facing network issue since 6 month. The issue is that when eletricity current is available that time network signal is available but if the electricity gone then we dnt fine any network and it showing no service.
So many times i spoke with customer care and given so many times complaint against it but same problem again we are facing so its not only my problem its all consumers problem which located in the Jamuguri chariali network tower area .
So as per my knowledge VI network tower’s do not have any current back or not using the back up so that we are again and again facing the same problem.
My humble request is that please take a serious action and solve the problem as soon as possible.
