Hello,

So just half an hour ago I received a message from VZ-ViCMS that exactly read:

Hello!

Thank you for choosing to access VIDEO,

You have been charged Rs. 15

Your balance is Rs. 19.32

And all of this was charged without consent amd without me approving of any such plans by Vi.

I’m extremely upset and certainly require a  rightful explanation for the same.
