VI has deducted 25 Rs from main balance of my phone number, for subscription of pre embedded games which I am not aware of. There is no subscription shown in VI app, hence there is no provision for me to unsubscribe the same. Similar incident happened before for some other subscription, but at that time,I could unsubscribe as it was shown under value added service. This time no provision is provided for unsubscription and to get refund.
