Some fraud customer care executive called continuously and misled me by asking to forward a text. Later I found out that my mobile port order to another service provider was cancelled. Why do they go to such lengths to harass people? Do they think by doing this consumer will change their mind to opt out? I am changing to another provider because of poor connection and call drop.
My complain is that Vi is training their executives to harass people into continuing with their service.
