Firstly please read – Vi did the fraud with me to open many numbers on my name without my permission and even i didn’t know about the family plan that time and i didn’t know the other numbers and the persons which is running the numbers on my name. after that i paid 2000rs in cash to deactivate my number as per i received call from vi after complaint vi customer care. i didn’t do any single call or message from the last 6 to 8months. i have all proof of recording and whatsapp chat to deactivate my number after paying 2000rs.
please give me justice from the vi company.
That number is a postpaid number and my number was deactivated and when i went to vi store to activate my number again then he told me that we have a plan just rs 199 and we can activate your number with this plan then i am ready to activate and paid the amount and activate my number but after month when i saw my bill then i saw there are another 4 numbers are running on my name and i surprised because i didnt know about that other number and i dont know about the names of persons which is using the numbers on my name they did the fraud with me and opened many numbers on my name and after that i went to vi store then he said that you dont take any tension you only need to pay only 200rs and said that i opened the red family plan and other numbers is not on your name then i paid my bill rs200 and every month i paid my bill to the vi store. after some time the vi store is closed and the vi person went to his hometown from here then i paid my bill online with 200rs as he said but after sometime i know that all others numbers are on my name even i didnt know where is the person which is running numbers on my name then i call to customer care and i also went vi store many times to exclude all numbers from my name then vi not give me solution and not closed the others numbers. i again call to vi customer support then next day i got a call then a lady tell me to give 2000rs in cash today to close your matter then i paid 2000rs same day and she told me to give us a note in written then i gave a note in written as my complaint then after i paid 2000rs she said your number will be closed within 3days. i have call recording and whatsapp messages also where she said that your number will be closed in 3days but mu number was not closed and they genrating my bills continuously even i didnt did any single call or message to anyone from the last 6months from that number and Still Vodafone continuously keeps calling me to pay bills and even threatening legal action simply because my prepaid number is registered as an alternate number.
Even thay did the fraud with me to open many numbers on my name without my permission and even i didn’t know about the family plan that time and i didn’t know the other numbers and the persons which is running the numbers on my name.
I am simply played as a stupid customer and Vodafone is simply playing with my time and emotions.
Now they have started a new way of harassment. Today I received another whatsapp Number of rashmi from Vodafone threatening me to pay the bill to avoid further legal action.
I have received calls and messages simply to pay bills.
Please help me resolve this issue with Vodafone as they are simply harassing me. there is no response and their helpdesk is also playing with me.
I am seriously sick and tired of this nonsense from Vodafone.
