Hello,

I want to lodge a complaint against Vi telecom operator, they have been adding bogus charges to my bill for the last 2 months. Last month when I complained to them about additional charges, they reverted them back. This month, they again added charges of around Rs. 7000 for international data usage. There are more than 300 entries in my bill for international data usage for different time stamps but all have exactly 1024KB data consumption, this is even humanely impossible.

I’ve been chasing them to investigate the issue for about 10 days but they are just delaying it without any resolution. Now, since the due date for my bill has passed and I haven’t paid this insane bogus amount, they have stopped internet services on my mobile number. This is clearly an abuse of power and I have to suffer for literally no mistake of mine.

I not only want them to undo this wrongdoing but also make them pay for their mistakes so that they improve their internal processes and innocent customers like me don’t have to suffer because of their mistakes.
