VI activated plan, deactivated money on its own and now showing error when trying to deactivate

Text of Complaint by Srishti Shukla:

I received activation of players club-60 days message from VI and was charged with 98 without my consent.

I have tried multiple times of deactivating this service by sending message and requesting it through their app but nothing works. Today, i am charged 98₹ again even when i clearly have sent sms to stop this service before its renewal.

What’s worse is that i am not able to contact actual human anywhere through different number, sites and app to ask them to stop this service.
