I have got Airtel xtreme fiber connection for 6 months and have shifted location now after 2 months. Raised shifting request for new location and following up with customer care everyday . It has been a week; I have not got any single update from Airtel. When I call up, putting my call-in hold and no response. My work is affected because of this.
While getting new connection, agents are calling multiple times to get the money. But for any issue, no one is turning. very very furstrating and worrrrrssssssssssssssssssssst service. I have not raised any complaints tiill and this service has made me to raise complaint.
