- i recharged a jio plan worth 599 which is provide 2gb data per data and other benefits like calling and sms. The connectivity of network is so bad that i am unable to access internet properly. When i called jio customer care number a person told his name as prem, he behaves with me so badly and put my call on hold again and again. They are not proving any solution to my problem. In my area every jio users face the slow internet speed problem. They are charging us so much money for their plan then why we are not getting good speed.
