Text of Complaint by GURBAX SINGH:

At my location I am not able to enjoy network. It is very irresponsible from airtel side to charge for service that airtel is not providing. I have to port my number. I do not want to go to seevice centre as I have post paid connection. When I have converted to postpaid I did not had to go to service centre. But when I am porting from post paid to prepaid they want me to visit the service centre. It is totally harassment.
