I made a complaint to the airtel regarding no internet or poor internet quality in my area on July last week w.r.t. it i got a sms stating that my problem would be solved within 10 days,, but the reality is they keep on postponing the time period. since last time i called them they said that they don’t have any complaints from my mobile number so they recorded a new complaint and promised to solve within 7 days. if this is the case what will happen to those people who are working from home due to covid. because of their misleading advertisements I recharged my number for 1year. now i realized that i paid for nothing in return from the airtel. if it possible please try to repay my money and i will port my number.
