Very very sorry to say and its ashamed for me that once I was a fond of Airtel. But is it very unfortunate to me that I can’t realize that how long I will continue the poor service of Airtel or will port to another service provider. It is fact that years ago service of Airtel was excellent. But now it is very very and unexpected poor. we the local people of Airtel consumer facing unbearable problem. Network became most worse. Inside the room net work is not working. sometime it is showing no service sometime it is showing emergency call only. can’t do any type of banking and financial transaction sitting in side the room bcs of poor network service of airtel. To get OTP of any transaction we have to move out from residence. Repeatedly tried to call customer care to resolve the matter but everything in vain. This is for your kind information that there is a airtel tower within 1.5 km distance and from which we availed best of service. but now this tower is providing very poor service at we know that tower is providing low frequency network. whereas Jio network is excellent form the same tower location. please do needful asap otherwise we all customers are going to port to jio mobile.
