I live at Tirol in Hooghly, West Bengal. I’m a customer of airtel for many years and I’m happy with it .But now the speed is too slow to explain. I access internet from the inside of my home, and the speed is always below 10 kbps. It’s so disappointing! Moreover there is a matter of great fun, my phone and your Airtel Open Network shows that 4g is not only available in my area but also its frequency is very strong here, but when I call your call center to let them know about my network speed problem they tell me that 3g is not properly available in my area and there is no question of having 4g! Strange! Is it the fault of your system or infrastructure?or my phone?…. Please increase the frequency or upgrade your tower!….. 10 kbps is not the Speed in the time of 4g…. Airtel is my pride… Don’t let it go….!
