- I have been calling to jio customer care for 1 year and they are saying it’s a technical issue and it will be over in few months.But they failed to repair it.Its their duty to fulfill customer demand.I can’t even send a message in watsapp sometimes.In my home all are using jio sim .Iam asking my need.As a customer I could get my benefits that jio offers ,why should I simply give money to jio without any good services.
