I have been making multiple complaints to the customer care about the bad network i am receiving in my building vicinity. The latest complaint number is 31-3518748204880. Every single time i get an assurance that this issue will be resolved by so and so date. Actual fact is no one approaches me, nor the issue gets resolved. And this is inspite of the fact that I am a platinum customer. There are 6 airtel users in my house and all are facing the same issue (which is obvious).
I want to give airtel a final chance before deciding to move to other service providers.
