Hi,
I had filled complaint about slow internet service in my area to Vodafone-idea.
Vodafone-idea has filled complaint ( Ref no: 1-373782676789 ) and not taken any action. They have simply closed the complaint and marked as resolved. This is truly misuse complaint and customer care portal. Customer care has sent fake message that issue is resolved, when it is not.
Address of slow internet: Ajakkala, Bulearikatte post, Balnadu, Puttur DK, Karnataka-574243
I have attached the copy of complaint and reply from customer service of issue being solved(fake) and also speed of internet.
