Hi Team

Wishnet User ID : 310481

Mail id : [email protected]

Recharge time : 04th January to 02nd February 2021

This is to inform you that I recharged with Bronze 70 for getting 70 MBPS Broadband Speed commitment from Wishnet

However, there has been various service interruptions for the entire duration and I received hardly 8-10 MBPS Broadband speed against the committed 70 MBPS Speed

I have escalated this matter with Wishnet and they have accepted the fault as well.

 

However, they are not ready to provide extension for the said days , when there was POOR/No service for my connection

THIS IS A FRAUD by WISHNET

So please take serious action against them and help me to get the required service and extension for my lost days
