Sir / Madam
My name is Tanishk Sahu. I am a resident of Pink City, Budheshwar, Lucknow.
I have done my Airtel 4G recharge from 24-05-2020 to 25-05-2020 which is one year.
The thing is that I have to run 3G network instead of 4G network in my mobile because I am not getting good data speed with 4G, so I have to run 3G.Then later due to the 3G being shut down, I am compelled to run work from 4G which is running very slowly.
So please solve this problem of mine so that I can fully take advantage of the 4G network.
