Respected Sir/Ma’am,
I am raising this complain on behalf of thousands of Airtel network users of Longleng District, Nagaland. Despite the unpredictable network, irigular network, etc, there are many airtel users like me who feel that your company might do better than Jio (which is just 4G). Now, we see that you have stoped providing 3G internet like Jio, but the fact is, the days of 3G network were better for us than your unpredictable 4G network(Which is just for show). We are not even able to browse or watch youtube in 144p (the least). If light goes, network goes along with it, and even if network shows full 4G, we can’t browse files..
During this crisis of COVID-19 Lockdown, I’m sure you would be wise enough to attend to the cry of your valuable customers. You know almost everything is done through the use of internet.. You can also make the best use of it by providing us withpwith internet facilities so that your company may attract more customers.
I hope you will be wise enough to react to our plead. If your company continues to loot us this way indirectly, the response of our society would be intense.
