My money is stuck with airtel broadband . Am trying to get that money since more than 2 months and getting no help.today I get a call, put of blue, from u agents saying mam do u want to reconnect ur broadband . I said no I don’t want to reconnect it ..I want the money .. she said then we will give u a call back.i said don’t disconnect the call and she said very rude I can’t do anything and she disconnected the cl on my face . It’s not that am not happy with ur broadband service..i got it disconnected cz I don’t provide the service in the area I shifted to and this is the response j get from ur agents .. disconnecting the call on customer’s face.. ????
