I am booking the ticket Vijayawada to Hyderabad freshbus .The bus driver and conducter don’t stop the my pick up point I’ll also call customer care he can’t refund my money atleast they don’t wait atleast 5 minutes. The customer service person not possible to reschedule how can they say that
