Respected Sir,
We purchase 1 postpaid connection for internet purpose before 1 month, but till we don’t receive proper speed. Every time after 10MB download we cant get speed. So request you to solve problem other wise cancel connection before we completed one month of connection. So we can decide to change connection.Connection number is 9724287680. we never seen this type of slow speed in Airtel 4G network. we face this problem from last 15 days. so rquest you to solve this problem immediately so we can work effectively in this COVID-19 critical Condition.
