Text of Complaint by HARIKUMAR:

At the time of taking this connection, Jio offered uninterrupted service of Broadband and Jio TV.  For the last 10-15 days I have been facing so many problems in the network services.Firstly, placing a complaint is very difficult. When we contacted customer care No,  they said “this service is not available” . In the live chat they never attended our problems, they asked only limited questions. Then we placed a complaint through mail id, it will take a long time. Local service Nos are showing JHADA, “your do whatever you like..we want directions from JIO” I charged for a diamond package for 30 days.  If ten days there is no connectivity, they should give another 10 days for this package. But they never mind these things. Package is only for 30 days and connectivity issues not included. Another issue is  attending a complaint by their service engineer, and rectifying the complaint, but not solved due to non availability of the setup box. For this equipment again customers place a complaint. Every problem suffered by the customers. JIO wants only money-recharge on time, pay the bills on time etc. They never bothered on service.
