It’s been 10 days since we requested for the shifting of broadband in the same building.
There is no response from GTPL .
GTPL is the worst internet service provider. If for such trivial issues you are taking so much time, then what more can I say.
You take money first but what about service which is yet to be provided? Are you just sitting there to loot money from command man?? Don’t you have any values?
Gtpl people do not know the meaning of word “Customer Care” it is just for namesake. It never works. 100 times you make a call if you are lucky you might get connected. But still of no use because they don’t know how to resolve issues of their customers!!
Shifting req no is 86960..
Hoping this complaint may change things and will open the eyes of these GTPL service people.
