Dear sir,

I have purchased vivo phone through Amazon app but I have not received till the time.i delivery date was 06/10/21. I have reached on customer care service desk 16 times and also talk on phone 5 times.every one is saving courier will be deliver very soon. But still I have not received. If you can check in the system than you find, how many times I have try to contact customer service regarding my courier. But no one is giving proper response on time. I have so many options like Flipkart, mesho, mantra. I can buy my product from there.i am a prime customer of Amazon. I have purchased so many products from Amazon. You can check my history with Amazon. But from last two days I have not received my courier. It is really shameful and poor service given by Amazon. Request to you, if you can deliver my product than please do tomorrow itself. Now I want my courier as free of cost due to delivery problem from Amazon side.
