Very poor response from Airtel without understanding customer issue

Reference: Airtel Xstream Fiber 07985297005_mh
Customer: Nitin N Shah, Ahmedabad

I was using an internet fiber connection which was annually pre-paid till a valid date of 19th June 2023.

I got an SMS from Airtel on 15th June 2023 mentioning a new pre-paid annual pack of INR 5909=00 including GST to be paid for the next one year … SMS is copied as an attachment. (SMS.docx)

based on this SMS I tried to pay through Airtel mobile application, but it counted GST top of 5909=00 means excluding tax.

so, I sent mail to Airtel for clarification and requested for clarifications. To date 15 different people phoned me from the call center without any clue of my issue and all of a sudden, they disconnected my internet since 3 days without notice sending mail saying as per your request, we are disconnecting your internet service. they do not want to understand their issue which is misguiding to the customer and they disconnected without my notice. neither my any payment is pending. today when I asked them why you disconnected? then they sent a small bill for the last 20 days to prove to the court that due to no payment, we disconnected. this is the wrong way to do one-sided business by Airtel. I am left with approaching court and I will do so.

It is my duty to inform all related agencies so I am doing so.
