Dear sir/madam,
I have 2 airtel no. And in total we have 6 to 7 airtel no. In my family……although very old customers of airtel, we face very poor and no network of airtel 4g (indoor and outdoor too). And 2g,3g are not available at present time, our each month recharge of 399 is going waste every month bcoz of network and call drop issue. I had did complaint to customer care so many times but our problem is not resolve yet. Now i have an option either to port our sims to Vodafone network or to broke airtel sims in frustration and harassment given by airtel company.
Do the needful as soon as if possible
