Hello,

I am a user of Airtel from last many years. The services were good before but from last few months it is getting worse. I am unable to use internet and they have set the customer device in a manner where I cannot raise any complain directly to Airtel. The company is just looting away my money in form of recharges.

Please resolve the issue asap.
