I have been using Airtel for months but now it is showing major network issues. Now I am unable to to get proper internet connection. Despite having a very good data balance I am not able to use my Airtel internet. I am not in a remote area. My neighbours are having good network connectivity. But my network connection fluctuates very frequently. Now a days I am having network issues every time. The network connection is so poor that I am not able to attend live classes despite having good data balance. I have tried calling Airtel customer care but there is no such option to lodge a complaint. In the Airtel thanks app also there is no such provision to report about this issue. I think the developer is turning a deaf ear towards this problems. Airtel is promising good network connectivity but practically it fails to do so. We can not find any way to address this problem. In this pandemic period such problems are frequent so proper attention should be given to these issues. I am not satisfied with Airtel at all. Other telecom services are providing much better network connectivity. I hope my issue you would be solved. Enough attention should be given to this.
