I have a airtel postpaid connection since 2008 and monthly payment is ₹950/-. Since last 6 months or so, the signal strength is very poor in my home area (both inside and outside) leading to call drops and no connection. The net is never available. Very very poor connection. Repeated complains did nothing.
Airtel DTH connection also has problems. Not all subscribed channels are available. Some are coming and for others (most) there is error code B001.
