Dear Airtel Network team,
I, Ravi Kumar, residing in Gayathrinagar Bankcolony,Saheb nagar kalan, Vanasthalipurm – 500070.
I am old customer of Airtel and holding mobile no# 8983477988 since 8 Years, before that i used Airtel only.
Recently we moved to above said address and residing there since 20months. From day one we are facing the issue with Airtel network. In this location aritel 4G is available but with poor signal causing call drops. This is not only our family problem, in this location almost 200 families residing here.
As a customer i would request to install new Aritel 4G TOWER in said address to increase the NETWORK strength and stop the call drops while talking.
Kindly take an action ASAP. If no response to this complaint will leads to switch to other network to make our daily life happy.
