In metiabruz area of kolkata internet coverage of airtel is poor. It promises 4G data but most of the time the speed is less tha 30KB/s. It fluctuates and shows no internet pretty often even when my 1GB data has not exhausted. This is a new thing that has added on to your worsening service and it is very frustrating when I’m in an online class and I get disconnected again and again.Kindly resolve the matter as soon as possible. It is really really frustrating!!
