I am facing much internet connectivity issue with very poor and very slow speed internet. Neither the donwload speed nor the upload speed is proper as they claim. I recharged for my jio number and after that the service of internet is not working properly. I want compensation for this if they can not fullfill the things what they are stating. Because everytime this happens and their executive makes false promises that they are working on it.
