In Namkum area of Ranchi , pin(834010) , internet service of Airtel is like hell. Internet Speed is too slow and frequently fluctuating. If power cut happens, instantly we loose all the connectivity because they are not maintaining the connectivity during power cut. If This company is charging this much high coast for their services, then it is their responsibility to provide better quality of service . Their poor service hampering our office work as well as online teaching of many students. It has became so difficult to attend any meeting or online service.
