1. Airtel is charging hefty monthly amount on account of data services provided along with basic call facility.
2. Airtel has failed to provide fair Internet service in the area of registered address.
3. complaint has been raised with Airtel from time to time to resolve the issue,for which airtel claims to resolve the issue within 8 working days.
4. Issues raised are not resolved, instead status of the complaint raised are changed from open to closed and also history of complaint raised are also removed from the back end by airtel.
