I am a platinum cuutomer of airtel , having family pack with 5 connections. I am using it since 15 years. I complained agsinst its poor network quality from november last year. Till not i complained several times but the company ignored it and is not doing anything so far. During this lockdown period, being a teacher by profession, i wish to deliver online lectures to my students but my internet speed is not beyond 10 kbps. You can imagine how poor the quality is ant it continues since november. Instead of solving the issue, the company is receiving its monthly bill payment regularly. Its very unethical, irrational and 3rd class approach shown by company so far though it throws advertisements in media thst it is the best in internet service. I could not be able to teach my brloved students online due to this company’s intentional fault. Its not that i am staying in a remote area. I am present in the most important area of nayapalli, bhubaneswar, the smart city. You can imagine thst what it offers its rural people. It now becomes a profit msking company only. It even ignores its most loyal, platinum customers.
