Text of Complaint by Menaka:

I have been trying to contact the customer care by mailing and darling them but no response from their side. Even after repeated mails they didn’t get back for the issue. Now somehow when I contacted customer care they said money which was recharged can’t be refunded since the timeline for it has crossed.
